"This is a fantastic yoga class. Thea is really friendly and knowledgeable, and creates a lovely atmosphere in which you can share how your week is going and how you’re feeling physically. The yoga itself targets the aches and pains of new motherhood, and the relaxed atmosphere has meant my baby has remained calm (and even fallen asleep during one session!) enabling me to stretch out and take a breath. Thea brings musical instruments to distract the little ones and enable Mums to focus on themselves, and I particularly like the fact that she makes sure there is space for everyone to chat and get to know each other, which is so important. I highly recommend!" Nikki
"Thanks very much for a lovely class, Thea, including the cuddles for the babies!..If anyone else is thinking about it, I'd recommend it for a sliver of 'me' time amongst the endless nappy changes and contact naps!" Ella
"I love this yoga class! Thea is a thoughtful and attentive teacher. The sessions are chilled but I certainly feel the benefit of them afterwards. I now look forward to Monday evenings all week! " Abigail
"I love this Monday evening class, a gentle & relaxing flow, just what I need to wind down and forget about everything. A little hour of bliss" Andrea
" As a new mum it can be so hard to carve out time for yourself - I managed to get away to take Thea’s women’s health class and I’m so glad I did - it was such a treat, the perfect way to end a busy day. Thea includes elements from both yoga and Pilates, meaning that your body is gently strengthened as well as relaxed and nourished. A great class for women of all ages. " Cora
