This nurturing class is thoughtfully designed for those 15 weeks pregnant and beyond, offering a safe and supportive space to move, breathe and prepare for birth.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing and practical birth preparation techniques, you’ll build strength, ease discomfort and connect deeply with your changing body and growing baby.
Each session includes:
- Movements and stretches to improve mobility, balance and posture
- Breathwork and relaxation techniques to manage stress and prepare for labour
- Pelvic floor awareness and functional movement to support a smoother birth and recovery
- Birth preparation education, including positions for labour, coping strategies and partner-friendly tools
- Time for connection with other expectant mums in a supportive community
You’ll leave each class feeling grounded, confident and nourished—physically and emotionally. This is a space to slow down, listen inward and prepare for birth with calm strength and clarity.
Tuesday 6.30-7.40pm Dartington Village Hall (class finishing end of Jan - moving to Buckfastleigh)
Starting in February at The Yard, Buckfastleigh on Monday evenings
For the first two weeks timing will be 6.45-7.55pm (2nd & 9th Feb) then from 16th onwards the regular time will be 6.30-7.40pm
Wednesday 6.00-7.10pm The Forge Therapy Centre, Totnes
Book in monthly blocks at £11 per class.
If space allows, drop-in sessions will be charged at £12.50, payable on the day. Please message before arriving if you haven't booked.
