This lively and supportive class is designed for mums with babies and toddlers who are on the move—crawling, cruising, walking or exploring up to age 3. The session offers mums the chance to enjoy grounding, strength-building yoga while little ones move, play and interact in a relaxed, family-friendly space.
Each session includes:
- Postnatal-friendly yoga for mums, focusing on strength, mobility and tension release
- Adaptable movement that allows you to flow while keeping an eye on your curious little mover
- Opportunities for playful interaction, weaving your child into the practice when it feels natural
- A welcoming environment where children can wander, explore, socialise, and engage with simple toys
- A supportive community to connect with other mums navigating the baby and toddler years

Tea and biscuits afterwards with fruit snacks for the little ones.
