This deeply nurturing class is designed to support women through every stage of life, offering a gentle yet empowering blend of movement, breathwork and mindful rest. With a focus on hormonal balance, stress relief pelvic health and overall wellbeing, the practice creates space to reconnect with yourself - physically, emotionally and energetically.
Each session includes:
- Slow, intentional yoga to build strength, ease tension and support healthy posture
- Breathwork and relaxation practices to calm the nervous system and reduce stress
- Pelvic floor-friendly movement to support long-term core and pelvic health
- Mindfulness and embodied awareness to cultivate resilience and inner steadiness
- A warm, supportive community where women can move, breathe, and rest together
You’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced and rejuvenated - better able to meet the demands of daily life with clarity and ease.
Suitable for all abilities and no previous yoga experience needed.
Also suitable postnatally from around 5-6 months after birth.
