Women's Flow & Restore Yoga

This nurturing class is designed to support women through every stage of life, offering a gentle yet empowering blend of functional and restorative movement, breathwork and mindful rest. With a focus on hormonal balance, stress relief, pelvic health and overall wellbeing, the practice creates space to reconnect with yourself - physically, emotionally and energetically.


Each session includes:

  • Gentle, intentional yoga to build strength, ease tension and support healthy posture
  • Breathwork and restorative practices to calm the nervous system and reduce stress
  • Pelvic floor and joint-friendly practices designed to build stability, ease discomfort and promote long-term functional health
  • Mindfulness and embodied awareness to cultivate resilience and inner steadiness
  • A warm, supportive community where women can move, breathe, restore and rest together
     

You’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced and rejuvenated - better able to meet the demands of daily life with clarity and ease.


Suitable for all abilities and no previous yoga experience needed.

Also suitable postnatally from around 5-6 months after birth.

Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Preparation

This nurturing class is thoughtfully designed for those 15 weeks pregnant and beyond, offering a safe and supportive space to move, breathe and prepare for birth.


Through gentle movement, mindful breathing and practical birth preparation techniques, you’ll build strength, ease discomfort and connect deeply with your changing body and growing baby.


Each session includes:


  • Movements and stretches to improve mobility, balance and posture
  • Breathwork and relaxation techniques to manage stress and prepare for labour
  • Pelvic floor awareness and functional movement to support a smoother birth and recovery
  • Birth preparation education, including positions for labour, coping strategies and partner-friendly tools
  • Time for connection with other expectant mums in a supportive community
     

You’ll leave each class feeling grounded, confident and nourished—physically and emotionally. This is a space to slow down, listen inward and prepare for birth with calm strength and clarity.

Mum & Baby Yoga

This gentle, uplifting class is designed to support your postnatal recovery while creating a calm, welcoming space to bond with your baby. Suitable from 6 weeks (8 after c-section) up to crawling. The class is centered on supportive postnatal yoga for mums, creating space to move, breathe, and restore with your baby by your side.


Each session includes:


  • Postnatal-safe yoga to rebuild core strength, release tension and support pelvic floor recovery
  • Breathwork and relaxation to ease stress and promote emotional well-being
  • Opportunities for gentle interaction with your baby, woven in naturally as you practice
  • A soothing environment where babies can feed, nap, or cuddle as needed
  • A nurturing community space to share experiences and connect with other mums
     

You’ll leave each class feeling more grounded, restored and connected—both to yourself and your baby.

Mamas & Movers Yoga

This lively and supportive class is designed for mums with babies and toddlers who are on the move—crawling, cruising, walking or exploring up to age 3. The session offers mums the chance to enjoy grounding, strength-building yoga while little ones move, play and interact in a relaxed, family-friendly space.


Each session includes:


  • Postnatal-friendly yoga for mums, focusing on strength, mobility and tension release
  • Adaptable movement that allows you to flow while keeping an eye on your curious little mover
  • Opportunities for playful interaction, weaving your child into the practice when it feels natural
  • A welcoming environment where children can wander, explore, socialise, and engage with simple toys
  • A supportive community to connect with other mums navigating the baby and toddler years
     

The class embraces the joyful chaos of this stage of parenthood—no need for quiet or stillness—just come as you are. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, refreshed and connected, with your little one happily included in the experience.


Tea and biscuits afterwards with fruit snacks for the little ones.
