For Mamas and Movers, there are a few free 3 hour spaces on Pathfields or free parking in the residential area a little further from the school, from Weston Lane onwards.
Classes are suitable from 12-15 weeks, or earlier if you're used to excercise/yoga. Please get in touch before booking if you'd like to start earlier than 12 weeks.
Yes, in fact pregnancy yoga is often recommended to alleviate symptoms of pelvic girdle pain (PGP). I provide modifications to some poses to ensure they're suitable.
Please let me know about any medical or physical issues that you are concerned about.
We suggest waiting 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a c-section. Speak to your dr or midwife if you have any concerns before starting exercise.
You don't need to have done yoga before. I will guide you through the poses and movements.

For pregnancy or women's yoga, you can buy single classes or a 4 or 8 Class Pass which gives you a discounted rate but must be used within the specified time frames.
Mum & Baby or Mamas & Movers are booked as courses which run half termly. You may be able to join part way through a course if space is available, and just pay for the remaining sessions.
You’ll need to create an account before any booking - after this you can login each time to book and manage your classes.

For Pregnancy or Women's Yoga, bookings and purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the class starts and re-book another time.
If you have bought a Pass, you can manage your bookings on-line. Click on the cancellation button and a credit will be added to your account (to use before your pass expires).
If you have bought a single class using a debit/credit card, please contact me. I will book another class for you.
Any cancellations within 12 hours of the start time, or no-shows, will be charged as if attended. Thank you for your understanding.
Mum & Baby and Mamas & Movers are booked as courses and cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the course starting. If you wish to cancel more than 48 hours before the start of the course, please contact me for a refund.
Refunds cannot be given for individual sessions missed, however you may pass your session on to a friend. Please give prior notice of this and your friend's contact details. Thank you.
If your teacher needs to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a credit to your account or refund if you can't attend any other dates.
