For classes at Meadowbrook: There are carparks next to the community centre or over the road at the Cider Presswhich you would need to pay for or free on street parking is within a short walk. In the evenings you can park for free behind the community centre at Bidwell Brook School.
There is space to leave a small number of buggies downstairs by the entrance to Things Happen Here.
For classes at Spirit Ash Studio: there is no parking on site however you can park on leafy lane close by or the main carpark in Ashburton. There is buggy space inside the studio.
Classes are suitable from 15 weeks, or from around 12 weeks if you're used to excercise/yoga. Please get in touch before booking if you'd like to start earlier than 15 weeks.
Yes, in fact pregnancy yoga is often recommended to alleviate symptoms of pelvic girdle pain (PGP). I provide modifications to some poses to ensure they're suitable.
Please let me know about any medical or physical issues that you are concerned about.
We suggest waiting 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a c-section. Speak to your dr or midwife if you have any concerns before starting exercise.
No, all classes are gentle and suitable for anyone new to yoga as well as those with more experience.
On the Booking page, you can either select one class at the drop in rate or, if you’re attending regularly, you can buy a pass which gives you a discount off the single class rate. (Please note the pass validity period before you buy).
You’ll need to create an account before any booking - after this you can login each time to book and manage your classes.
Go to Booking. Click Schedule or Passes.
To book one class, select the event and pay securely via credit/debit card. You’ll receive a booking confirmation email.
If you’d like to buy a pass, click on Passes and select the relevant one. You can then book one or more classes using your pass credits. You will receive confirmation emails.

All bookings and purchases are generally non-refundable.
However, you can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the class starts and re-book another time.
If you have bought a Pass, you can manage your bookings on-line. Click on the cancellation button and a credit will be added to your account (to use before your pass expires).
If you have bought a single class using a debit/credit card, please contact me. I will book another class for you.
Any cancellations within 12 hours of the start time, or no-shows, will be charged as if attended. Thank you for your understanding.
If your teacher needs to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a credit to your account or refund if you can't attend any other dates.
