Hello, I’m Thea.
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with over 25 years of personal practice. I trained in pregnancy and postnatal yoga with LushTums and am registered with FEDANT, the regulatory body for Antenatal Educators.
As a mother of two young boys, I’ve experienced firsthand how yoga and breathing techniques can be incredibly beneficial during pregnancy, as well as in strengthening and reconnecting with the body afterward.
I’m deeply passionate about sharing these transformative practices with others and I aim to create supportive connections and networks for women at every stage of life.

Pregnancy Yoga - We begin with a brief sharing circle to help you connect with others and for me to tailor the session to your needs - though joining in is always optional.
Classes start with gentle breathing or meditation before moving into supportive movements and stretches, with modifications offered throughout.
Each session ends with a calming 10–20 minute savasana, so you leave feeling rested and restored.
You’re also welcome to join our class WhatsApp groups to stay connected between sessions.
Postnatal Yoga - We begin with a brief sharing circle to help you connect with others and for me to tailor the session to your needs.
Classes start with gentle breathing or meditation before moving into supportive movements and stretches, with modifications offered throughout.
Each session ends with a calming few minutes of relaxation, so you leave feeling rested and restored. We usually enjoy tea and chats afterwards.
