A balance of active and nurturing practices, perfect for the postnatal body. We focus on strengthening the core, pelvic floor and helping stretched tummy muscles (diastasis recti).
If you need to dip in and out, feed, change or comfort baby, that's totally fine and no need to worry about noises or disruptions. It's all very relaxed!
Tea, biscuits and chats afterwards.
Suitable from 6-8 weeks after vaginal birth/c-section.
