Booking Classes
- Please find your nearest class (location) and find the right class day and time for you. For many classes you can book in easily via the Timetable which uses a third party online booking system. If you are new to the website you will be asked to create an account. It’s quick and secure and ensures your space in our popular classes.
- Students must arrive for class at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time. Late arrival may result in the student not being admitted into the class or your place may be given away to someone else.
- Intro Offers and Class Packages must be used before the expiry date. No roll overs.
- Be sure to tick to receive 'emails & notifications' when you sign up, so our booking system can send you reminders on expiry dates and class changes.
- Occasionally Pregnancy Classes in a package may be rolled over to the Postnatal Courses, on a case by case basis - please check directly with your teacher.
Cancelling Classes
- 12 hours notice is required for cancellation of any classes you have booked on to, so that someone else on the Waiting List can take the space; any missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.
- Please log into your account to cancel your own classes – Tiny Feet Yoga and our teachers can not accept cancellations in person, via email, telephone or text - unless previously agreed with your teacher.
- If you do not attend the session you booked online, your ability to book online can be suspended.
- Teachers occasionally change at short notice; no refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 12 hour cancellation rule still applies.
- 5 class packages have a 2 month expiry.
- Intro offer 3 for 2 has a 4 week expiry.
- Postnatal Yoga runs as short term-time only courses - any missed classes can not be rolled over to the next term.
- Check the Timetable for latest details or your teacher directly and be sure to use all your classes up before they expire.
By participating in any of our classes you are agreeing that you understand the following:
Starting our classes is no different to starting any other form of exercise – the same guidelines apply:
- If you are pregnant and not used to regular exercise, then it is recommended that you move carefully and wait until after 15 weeks before starting class. If you have a regular practice, good sense of body awareness and/or feel safe and confident starting classes earlier than 15 weeks, please inform your teacher of this before booking.
- If you are postnatal please wait until 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery or 10 weeks after a caesarian section, before you begin exercising or taking our classes again. Please ask your doctor in your postnatal check up, to see if you have diastasis recti (separated tummy muscles), PGP, hernia or any kind of prolapse and inform your teacher before booking you class.
- If you are coming to the Women’s Yoga, Postnatal Yoga or Pregnancy Yoga please make sure you tell your teacher of any conditions, injuries, operations or medications that you take that may effect your practice. In all cases, if in doubt, please consult your doctor, midwife or healthcare professional.
- In attendance of all classes you understand that by participating in this class you are totally responsible for yourself and, if in the unlikely event of any injury of any kind, or miscarriage, the teacher of this class, nor Tiny Feet Yoga, is not in any way responsible.
When booking you will be asked to agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
