This gentle, uplifting class is designed to support your postnatal recovery while creating a calm, welcoming space to bond with your baby. Suitable from 6 weeks (8 after c-section) up to crawling. The class is centered on supportive postnatal yoga for mums, creating space to move, breathe, and restore with your baby by your side.
Each session includes:
- Postnatal-safe yoga to rebuild core strength, release tension and support pelvic floor recovery
- Breathwork and relaxation to ease stress and promote emotional well-being
- Opportunities for gentle interaction with your baby, woven in naturally as you practice
- A soothing environment where babies can feed, nap, or cuddle as needed
- A nurturing community space to share experiences and connect with other mums
You’ll leave each class feeling more grounded, restored and connected—both to yourself and your baby.
